Samantha Lyons Head Stylist / Owner
I have always had a passion for animals. Horses have been a huge part of my life, owning , breeding and competing them for many years until the dog show bug got under my skin.
In 1991 I bought my first Bull Terrier , such a fabulous breed to live and work with. A decade later I got my first Chinese Crested .
Every weekend was spent sat at ringside watching and learning about my chosen breeds. In 2003 I started my Kennel Club examinations to become eligible to judge. also attending and passing many breed seminars . With these passed I travelled length and breadth of the country judging many breeds and have had the pleasure of placing some fantastic dogs .
2005 I acquired my first import dog from USA aka Trump , importing a carefully selected bitch from Europe a few years later to add new blood to our lines and show team. All the while my passion for dog grooming was fed at shows by learning different breed standards, coat styles and techniques. I attended Look North Grooming College and was lucky enough to be mentored by Zoe Duffy and achieved my Level 3 City and Guilds Diploma with distinctions.
